I build backend services and the infrastructure they run on.
I'm a software engineer at Elmec Informatica, working on Django and Go services deployed on Kubernetes, and on the CI/CD pipelines behind them. I spent six years freelancing before that, and I still take on projects when something interesting comes along.

My experience and education
I'm a Software Engineer at Elmec Informatica, and I occasionally take on freelance work.
Always passionate about IT and cybersecurity, I have developed several projects in the mobile field, webapps, and machine learning. Although it is not often mentioned, I have also taken care of the UI/UX design of all my projects.
I am also fond of music, guitars, chess, and I can solve a Rubik's cube in about 13 seconds!
Experience
I work as a Software Engineer at Elmec Informatica, in the Innovation team and the DevOps subgroup. I also do freelance jobs for small companies and professionals, and I’ve been a university tutor for programming, data analysis, and computer architecture courses.
Education
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Insubria in 2023, and my Master's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Milano-Bicocca in February 2026, with a final mark of 110/110 with honours.
What I do
What I work on
Most of my work is backend and infrastructure. I never stop experimenting and learning new technologies, and I take on freelance projects when something interesting comes along.
Backend & Distributed Systems
API and service design, data modelling, and splitting distributed monoliths into microservices. Django REST Framework, Go, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis.
DevOps & Infrastructure
CI/CD pipelines, containerization and Kubernetes deployments, plus monitoring and alerting. Docker, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus.
Web & Mobile Products
Websites, web apps, e-commerce and mobile apps, built from design to deployment. Each one comes with a content management panel, basic SEO optimization and analytics.
UI/UX Design
Often included in the work above, I take care of the visual design and experience of the products I build. My style is modern, elegant and minimal (as I imagine you can see from this site).
